STOKENHAM PARISH COUNCIL PUBLIC MEETING

The Parish Council has decided to hold a Parish Council Public Meeting at Chillington Village Hall on Thursday 16th June 2016 so that villagers can have their say and voice any concerns direct to the Parish Councillors.

Chillington residents are requested to be at the Village Hall at 6:30 pm.

This is the time to let the Parish Council know just how we feel about this planning application and what we believe it will do to our village.    Chillington residents are strongly urged to attend and voice their concerns on any aspect of the planning proposal.

In addition, it is suggested that a copy of any objection already / to be submitted to SHDC is handed in to the Parish Council at this meeting so that they are aware of the depth of feeling within the village.

Following the Stokenham Parish Council Meeting the Council will submit their comments regarding this planning application to

SHDC on Friday 17th June 2016.
